FMCSA is expanding pilot program for under-21 interstate truckers

“The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced Tuesday a proposal to expand its pilot program for CDL holders under the age of 21 to operate in interstate operations”.- According to article in overdriveonline.com and its author
