While the company itself has said nothing about a reorganization, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters has published updates on its negotiations on the Teamsters website that described a Jack Cooper filing under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code as  “imminent.”- Kingston also wrote in his article.
