Hours of Service suspended in 16 states affected by flooding

On March 19 / 2019 FMCSA has issued emergency Hours of Service (HOS) suspension for truckers delivering emergency supplies to affected states.

States included in emergency declaration are : ARKANSAS, ILLINOIS, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MINNESOTA,
MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, SOUTH DAKOTA,TENNESSEE, WEST VIRGINIA AND WISCONSIN

Those declarations will be effective through duration of emergency.
