Great Plains flooding sends intermodal loads off-track

“Flooding has become an unfortunate fact of life for many people in the Great Plains recently. Periods of severe thunderstorms and torrential rain for the past few weeks have finally taken their toll on communities in Wichita, Tulsa, and Fort Smith.
