A new federal report says that Volodymyr Zhukovskyy a driver who was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash that kills seven bikers was on drugs and was reaching for a drink at the moment of the accident.

Also according to report from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration obtained by the Boston Globe Volodymyr Zhukovsky was high on “unspecified” drugs that made him incapable of driving.
Zhukovskyy was a driver for now-closed company Westfield Transport at the time of the accident. Zhukovskyy has pleaded not guilty and is facing seven charges of negligent homicide.
